Late registration

NETWORK STUDENTS AND SPEAKERS : The students from the partner universities and the speakers who have not yet made their inscription can still do it by sending a mail to info@refuts.eu.

PROFESSIONALS AND OTHERS : The professionals and all other people can inscribe themselves by sending a mail to info@refuts.eu beforehand. They can also inscribe themselves on site.

 Pre-conference on Sunday (Rotondes)

Registration for the different pre-conference seminars on Sunday afternoon will be carried out on site. We invite all participants to be present 15 minutes in advance (13.45). Details on the different seminars will be communicated at latest on Friday, 29th June 2018.

Welcome of the participants on Monday morning (Place Léon XIII)

We invite all participants to come to the permanent welcome desk at Place Léon XIII where the organisers will give you guidance and hand out all necessary information.

At your disposal at the welcome desk:

  • a Welcome Bag (see below),
  • the REFUTS-passport with which you will get, amongst others, price reductions from the local merchant partners,
  • the conference and workshop programme,
  • the culinary, social and cultural accompaniment programme,
  • a certificate of attendance,
  • all necessary practical information.

Registration for the workshop sessions

Registration for the afternoon workshops will exclusively take place at the Centre culturel de Bonnevoie on Monday from 9.00 hours on (first come – first served).

Signing of the daily presence list (only for student participants of the REFUTS)

The students from the REFUTS-network are kindly asked to DAILY sign the presence list kept at the welcome desk at Place Léon XIII, as the organising committee can only validate their participation in the conference and issue the REFUTS-certificate/diploma on this basis.

Welcome bag

On his arrival, each participant will be handed over a welcome bag including:

  • the REFUTS-passport with which you will get, amongst others, price reductions from the local merchant partners,
  • the conference and workshop programme,
  • the abstract book,
  • the culinary, social and cultural accompaniment programme,
  • a map of the quarter and the different locations of the conference,
  • different « surprise » materiality’s for creative bricolage.

It is not necessary to print the different documents in advance !
